Anti Snore Klub Return & Refund Policy

At Anti Snore Klub, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review the details below to understand how returns and refunds work with us.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of your delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened items (except your first 30-day pouch) are not eligible for return.

  • This policy applies only to items purchased directly from Anti Snore Klub.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Email us at antisnoreklub@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.

  • Our support team will provide return instructions and, if needed, a return authorization number (RA).

  • Securely package your return to prevent damage during transit.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

  • Exchanges: If you'd prefer an exchange, just let us know when you reach out. We'll be happy to assist, based on product availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened first-use pouches are non-returnable (and don’t need to be sent back). Any additional pouches must be unopened.

  • Gift cards and shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately.

  • We may request photos or additional info to help resolve the issue quickly.

  • Verified defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  • In case of a refund, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
